Welcome to Winloop, a sales performance management solution provided by ROCKETSEED TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES - FZCO (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”), a company registered in the Dubai free zone (IFZA - International Free Zone Authority).

These General Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to our website (https://www.winloop.ai) and your use of our platform and related services (the “Service”). They constitute a legally binding agreement between you, as a business user, and ROCKETSEED TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES - FZCO.

• adversely affects other Winloop users

may result in access restrictions or the temporary or permanent suspension of the relevant account.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

a. Service Purchases

Access to certain advanced Winloop features may require the purchase of paid services or a subscription. To make a purchase, you must provide:

• a valid payment method (bank card, IBAN, etc.)
• a complete billing address
• any information required to process your order properly

b. Recurring Subscription

Winloop operates on a recurring subscription model (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you authorize ROCKETSEED TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES - FZCO to charge the subscription amount automatically at the selected billing frequency until you cancel.

You must provide the following information:

• full name / company name
• full address
• email
• telephone number
• accepted payment method

c. Free Trial

Winloop may offer a limited free trial. At the end of that period, your subscription will be activated and billed automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4. Price Changes

Winloop reserves the right to update its prices at any time. Any price change will be communicated by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept the increase, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

6. User Content

a. Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the content that you save, upload, publish, or share through the Winloop platform. You agree to:

• publish only content that you are legally authorized to share
• not infringe any third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
• not store or transmit unlawful, offensive, or malicious content

b. Limited License

You retain full ownership of the content you create or import. However, by using the Service, you grant ROCKETSEED TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES - FZCO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

c. Moderation and Removal

Winloop may restrict or remove any content at any time and without notice, including if it:

c. Abusive Technical Exploitation

• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data
• Extracting content in bulk without authorization

d. Abusive Communications

• Sending unsolicited content (spam or mass solicitation)
• Distributing offensive, discriminatory, or hateful messages

8. Analytics

Winloop may use third-party providers to analyze usage data and improve the Service. Such analytics are conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.

9. Age Restriction

The Winloop platform is strictly limited to persons aged 18 or older, acting in a professional capacity or on behalf of a business or organization.

By accessing our Service, you represent and warrant that you:

• are at least 18 years old
• have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement on behalf of the entity you represent
• use Winloop solely for business purposes

Access to or use of the Service by minors is strictly prohibited. Any registration attempt by an ineligible person may result in immediate account deletion.

10. Account Creation and Management

To use the services of ROCKETSEED TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES - FZCO, you must create a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information (identity, business email, company, etc.).

Failure to meet this requirement may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

a. Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (password and administrator access) confidential and for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized or not.

b. Usernames and Conduct

The entire Winloop platform, including its software architecture, source code, graphic elements, interfaces, documentation, and all its features, is the exclusive property of ROCKETSEED TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES - FZCO or is used by the Company under license.

All original content in the Service is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before commencing any judicial or arbitration proceedings.
